Stefan V. Bunecky, Esq.

Born in Metropolis, Illinois on January 31, 1969, Stefan V. Bunecky was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997.  Mr. Bunecky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History in 1991 from Flagler College.  He received his Master of Business Administration Degree at the University of Sarasota in 1994.  He received his Juris Doctor at the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 1994. 

Mr. Bunecky is a member of the Florida Bar, Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Chapter Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund.  He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and available to mediate workers' compensation cases and civil matters throughout the state.

He is also an instructor approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services - Education Section to instruct CE 3-24a Adjuster Law and Policy courses and available to provide continuing education credits for claims professionals. Mr. Bunecky devotes his practice to Workers' Compensation law.
