Mark W. Ingram was admitted
to the Florida Bar in 1997. Mr. Ingram  earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in History and Speech Communication in 1990 from Murray State University where he was a member of Sigma Chi. He received his Juris Doctor at the Louis D. Brandies School of Law, University of Louisville, in 1994. He participated in the Samuel L. Greenbaum Public Service Program as an intern for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Unit for the 30th Judicial District of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, Sarasota County Bar Association and the Sarasota/Bradenton Claims Association. He is also an instructor approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services - Education Section to instruct CE 3-24a Adjuster Law and Policy courses and available to provide continuing education credits for claims professionals.

Mr. Ingram has testified as an expert witness in several workers' compensation attorney fee hearings.
Additionally, he is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and available to mediate workers' compensation cases and civil matters throughout the state. Mr. Ingram specializes in Workers' Compensation and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar.
